Profile Summary
Amplitude Energy Ltd is an Australia-based exploration and production company. The Company’s primary activities are to secure, find, develop, produce and sell hydrocarbons. The Company is the operator of all its offshore exploration and production gas activities as well as the Orbost Gas Processing Plant and the Athena Gas Plant. The Company operates through two segments: Southeast Australia and Cooper Basin. It also operates two gas processing facilities in regional Victoria which produce gas from offshore fields in the Otway and Gippsland basins. The Gippsland Basin in South-east Australia is about 200 km east of Melbourne. It covers 46 000 square kilometers. The Otway Basin is approximately 500 kilometers long and covers a 155,000 km2 area from Cape Jaffa in South Australia to north-west Tasmania. Its Cooper Basin segments comprise production and sale of crude oil in its permits within the Cooper Basin, along with exploration and evaluation of additional oil targets.
