Profile Summary
Axcap Ventures Inc. is an investment company whose primary objective is to identify promising investments with a focus on acquiring gold projects in North America. It invests its funds with the aim of generating returns from capital appreciation and investment income. It intends to accomplish these goals through the identification of and investment in securities of private and publicly listed entities across a range of sectors and industry areas, including but not limited to the mineral exploration, technology, software development and biotechnology industries. Its investments include Converse Gold Project, Rattlesnake Gold Project, Newton Gold Project and Other Investments. The Converse Gold Project is an undeveloped gold deposit in Nevada, United States. The Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project is in Central Wyoming over 100 kilometers (km) southwest of Casper on the western side of Natrona County. The Newton property is located over 100 km west of the city of Williams Lake in central BC.
