The Company's Nevada projects include the Bayan Springs South Project and Bayan Springs North Project. Its California projects include Desert Star and Desert Star North. Its Ontario projects include Barbara Lithium Project and Arrel Lithium Project. Its Quebec projects include Corvette North and Corvette Northwest Lithium Projects. The Bayan Spring South Project is situated in the prolific Carlin trend in north-eastern Nevada and comprises around 45 filed lodes claims of approximately 3.8 square kilometers (km2). The Bayan Spring North Project comprises approximately 116 Claims (9.7km2 of tenure). The Desert Star Project consists of approximately 72 claims covering 6 km2 in a prospective rare earth elements corridor in the Mojave Desert.
