Profile Summary
Bourrelier Group SA, formerly Bricorama SA is a France-based company engaged in the do-it-yourself (DIY) market. The Company operates medium-sized stores specializing in interior/exterior home improvement projects and trades under several brand names, including Bricorama and Batkor for the French and Spanish markets, and Gamma and Karwei for the Benelux market. Bricorama distributes products for gardening, interior decorating and plumbing, among others, as well as a range of hardware and tools. Batkor specializes in household renovation and decoration, and it also provides products for gardening, construction and do-it-yourself activities. The Company operates over 90 shops across France, over 60 in the Benelux countries and eight in Spain. It also distributes its products via franchised outlets. Bourrelier Group SA operates through a number of subsidiaries, including wholly owned Bricorama BV, Brico 3 SAS and Eoliennes Bricorama 2 SAS, among others.
