Emova Group SA, formerly Groupe Monceau Fleurs SA, is a France-based company primarily engaged in the retail of flowers and plants. It offers a range of cut flowers, blooming and green plants available in flower shops in nine countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Japan and others. The Company's network comprises more than 450 flower shops, operating under Monceu Fleurs, Happy and Rapi'Flore brands. It also develops franchise agreements with flower sellers. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including Happy Inc., La Generale des Vegetaux, Flore Distribution, KSV, Global Export, Gestflore, Floria Creation SAS, Hauraunize, Monceau Fleurs International and Monceau Fleurs, among others.
