Bursa de Valori Bucuresti SA (Bucharest Stock Exchange) is a Romania-based provider of a marketplace for securities transactions. The Company’s main activity is the financial markets administration. It provides the technical, regulatory and market surveillance framework necessary for rolling operations with financial instruments on regulated markets and alternative trading systems. Bursa de Valori Bucuresti SA manages four markets: a spot regulated market, which includes the trading of shares and rights issued by entities, debt instruments, bonds, undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, shares and fund units and structured products; a regulated derivatives market, which hosts the trading of contracts for shares, indices, commodities and exchange rates; an alternative trading system, on which foreign shares listed on another market are traded, and Rasdaq market, which comprises the trading of shares and rights issued by Romanian entities.
