Citigold Corporation Limited is an Australia-based gold development and exploration company, which is focused on operating the core high-grade Charters Towers goldfield in northeast Australia. The Company’s prime focus is on the Charters Towers Gold Project, which comprises an approximately 14-million-ounce gold deposit, with an inferred mineral resource of approximately 32 million tons at 14 grams per ton gold and 620,000 ounces of gold in the probable ore reserve. The Charters Towers goldfield located surrounding the town of Charters Towers in north-eastern Queensland, Australia. The Charters Towers gold mines are situated approximately 128 kilometers from the coastal City of Townsville, and have port, rail, road, and air connections. Its mineral exploration and production tenure covers approximately 17,500 hectares. The Company also engaged in acquiring, exploring, and maintaining mineral rights and titles.
