Cleartronic, Inc. is a diversified holding company that creates and acquires operating subsidiaries to manufacture and sell products, services, and integrated systems to governmental agencies, private and not-for-profit business enterprises, and the general public. The Company operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, ReadyOp Communications, Inc. (ReadyOp). ReadyOp facilitates the marketing and sales of subscriptions to the ReadyOp and ReadyMed platform and the AudioMate IP gateways. ReadyOp is a Web-based planning, communications and operations platform for planning, managing, communicating, and directing operations and emergency response. ReadyOp is used by local, state and federal government agencies, corporations, school districts, utilities, hospitals and others to manage and report daily operations. ReadyMed is a Web-based secure communications platform designed for the healthcare industry. It also offers Internet protocol (IP) gateways branded as AudioMate 360 IP Gateway.
