Courtois SA, formerly known as Societe Courtois SA, is a France-based holding company, operating in the real estate business sector. The Company is engaged in the real estate sales, business real estate management and holding of interests in venture capital companies. The Company also purchases old buildings in Paris for sale by consignment, mainly with the purpose of repairing the common areas and installing elevators where appropriate, among others. As of December 31, 2013 the Company had 99,99% of stakes in SARL Fonciere Immobiliere Courtois Renovation Immuebles and 99,96% stakes in SARL STP Gestion de Portefeuille. The Company also holds direct and indirect stakes in companies, including SARL l'Ariege Renovation Immeubles, SCI Ampere Gestion d'Immeubles, SCI Caudra, SCI Port Invest Gestion d'Immeubles and SCI Nord Invest Gestion d'Immeubles, among others.
