Profile Summary
Daiwa House Logistics Trust (DHLT) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activity of the Company is to invest in a diverse portfolio of stabilized income-producing logistics and industrial assets, and real estate-related assets in Asia. DHLT’s objectives are to provide Unitholders with regular and stable distributions, and to achieve long-term growth in distribution per unit (DPU) and net asset value per unit, while maintaining an optimal capital structure and strengthening the portfolio in scale and quality. Its portfolio comprises approximately 16 modern logistics properties across Japan with an aggregate net lettable area of approximately 444,728 square meters. The properties are diversified across the Greater Tokyo Area, as well as core regional markets throughout Japan. Daiwa House Asset Management Asia Pte. Ltd is the manager of the Company.
