Profile Summary
De.mem Limited is engaged in the decentralized water and wastewater treatment business that designs, builds, owns and operates turnkey water and wastewater treatment systems for companies in the mining, electronics, chemical, oil and gas, and food and beverage industries. The Company’s segment includes the Operations & Maintenance contracts segment, operates and maintains the clients’ water and wastewater treatment facilities; Build, Own, Operate (BOO) or Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (BOOT) services segment includes the equipment provided to the customer under a leasing scheme and operated and maintained by the Company under a long-term arrangement, and Specialty chemicals segment offers specialty chemicals required in water and wastewater treatment as well as in industrial processes, such as membrane cleaning agents, process chemicals and flocculants and coagulants. The Company is also engaged in the sale of pumps, small water treatment equipment and ongoing maintenance of the same.
