DONGKUK INDUSTRIES CO., LTD is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of steel products. The Company and its subsidiaries operate in three business segments: steel segment, new and renewable energy segment and construction segment. Its steel segment engages in the manufacture of pickled and oiled strips, cold rolling steel strips, oxidized steels and others. Its new and renewable energy segment engages in the development of new energy sources and wind power generation business. Its construction business segment engages in the construction of wind towers and others. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On July 1, 2014, it merged with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dae won Steel Co., Ltd.
