East Asia Holdings Investment Limited is a Hong Kong-based holding company engaged in the management of its subsidiaries. The Company's subsidiaries include Fujian Qiu Zhi Sportswear Co., Ltd and Fujian Quanzhou New East Asia Shoes Co., Ltd. Through its subsidiaries, the Company mainly provides casual shoes for general leisure activities, running shoes for jogging, skateboard shoes, basketball shoes and tennis shoes, and apparels, such as men’s and women’s sportswear under the brand name Qiu Zhi. On March 20, 2014, the Company announced that Hyundai Securities Co., Ltd. and five related parties acquired a 52.04% stake in the Company.
