EEMS Italia SpA, formerly EEMS Italia SpA, is an Italy-based company engaged in the semiconductors market. The Company divides its activities into three main areas: EEMS Italy, EEMS Asia and Photovoltaic. Through the Photovoltaic area, the Company is involved in the manufacture of cells and photovoltaic modules, as well as in the development of solutions for the design and construction of solar energy plants. The EEMS Italy area are represents the corporate functions and services provided to the EEMS Group, such as legal, financial, information technology, communication and investor relation. The EEMS Asia area is responsible for the sale, procurement, operation and research and development in China. The Company’s direct subsidiaries are EEMS Asia Pte Ltd, Solsonica SpA and EEMS Singapore Pte Ltd. The Company's main shareholder is Gala Holding Srl.
