Profile Summary
Empire Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration and development company. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Buck Lake Platinum, Palladium, Nickel and Gold Project located in Ontario near the Lac Des Iles platinum palladium mine. It also holds a controlling interest in the Fox Creek Lithium Project in Alberta and the Gwyn Lake gold project located in the heart of the historic Beardmore-Geraldton greenstone gold belt in Ontario. The Company holds a 100% interest in two groups of mineral claims known as the NAP and Jordain Claims. It owns two mineral claim units known as the Orbit Lake claims located in the Thunder Bay Mining Division, Ontario, Canada. It holds a 70% interest in certain metallic and industrial mineral permits located in the Fox Creek area in the province of Alberta, Canada. The Gwyn Lake claims are located in the Thunder Bay Mining District of Ontario. Its Graphite West Project is located in the Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario, Canada.
