Profile Summary
Envela Corporation is a holding company, which is engaged in the re-commercialization of goods. The Company’s re-commerce businesses are conducted on both a retail basis and a wholesale basis through distributors, resellers, brick-and-mortar stores and online. Its subsidiaries also operate a number of other related businesses and brands engaged in a variety of activities. The Company operates through two segments represented by its two subsidiaries: DGSE, LLC (DGSE) and ECHG, LLC (ECHG). DGSE segment operates the Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, Charleston Gold & Diamond Exchange and Bullion Express brands and primarily buys and resells or recycles luxury hard assets like jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, fine watches, rare coins and related collectibles, precious-metal bullion products, gold, silver, and other precious-metals. ECHG segment owns and operates Echo Environmental Holdings, LLC; ITAD USA Holdings, LLC; Teladvance, LLC; CEX Holdings, LLC and Avail Recovery Solutions, LLC.
