Profile Summary
EUGENE Corporation is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of construction materials. The Company operates its business through three main segments: concrete segment, cement segment and construction segment. Its concrete segment produces ready-mixed concretes (Remicons) and asphalt concretes (Ascons). Its cement segment produces cements used as raw materials of Remicons. Its construction segment mainly engages in the housing construction business and others. It also provides aggregates used as construction materials. In addition, the Company engages in the rental business. On September 30, 2013, it sold its entire shares of Miraeasset Nice PEF, which is mainly engaged in the financial business.
