Profile Summary
Foodison Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of a fresh food distribution platform business mainly in the food industry. The fresh distribution platform business consists of three services: business-to-business (BtoB) commerce services, business-to-consumer (BtoC) commerce services, and human resources (HR) services. In the BtoB commerce service, the Company posts food products purchased from producers, wholesalers, manufacturers on its Fish Pouch website in a web catalog and sells them directly to users, mainly restaurants. The BtoC commerce service is engaged in the operation of sakana bacca, a fresh fish select shop that sells mainly fish species not commonly sold in general supermarkets and seafood products carefully selected by production area and source. The HR service is engaged in the operation of the Food Human Resource Bank, which introduces human resources to food businesses.
