Fundusz Hipoteczny Dom SA is a Poland-based mutual fund. The Fund focuses on the development of reverse mortgage products. It signs long-term contracts with retired individuals, based on which, the Fund acquires ownership of real estate assets of its customers and in return pays perpetuity. The Fund's subsidiaries include Fundusz Hipoteczny Dom SA SKA, which signs contracts on behalf of the Fund. The Fund is controlled by Ipopema Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA.
