Galilee Energy Limited is an integrated and diversified sustainable energy company and a key supplier of natural gas to the east coast market of Australia. The principal activity of the Company is oil and gas exploration and production. It has tenement interests and exploration and evaluation activities in Australia, the United States and Chile. The Company holds interests in a diversified exploration portfolio with coal seam gas and conventional oil and gas assets in three of Australia’s east coast basins. Its projects include Glenaras Gas Project, Kumbarilla Project, and Springsure Gas Project Denison. The Glenaras Gas Project is located in the western central Galilee Basin. The Galilee Basin is a sedimentary basin covering approximately 247,000 square kilometers (sq.km). The Kumbarilla Gas Project in ATP 2043 is located in southern Queensland. The Springsure Gas Project, which is located at ATP 2050 in central Queensland.
