Profile Summary

Galilee Energy Limited is an energy company, which is engaged in the oil and gas exploration and production. The Company has tenement interests located in Australia, the United States and Chile. Its segments consist of Australia, including Qld; United States, including Illinois, Texas and Kansas, and South America, including Chile. The Company is engaged in the development of coal seam gas (CSG) in the Galilee Basin near Longreach in Queensland. The Company holds interest in the Glenaras Gas Project, which is located within the ATP529 permit, in western Queensland's Galilee Basin. The permit covers an area of approximately 4,000 square kilometers. The Glenaras Gas Project contains CSG contingent resource position in the Betts Creek coals. In the Unites States, the Company holds interest in the Hoffer Extension Area, including over 1,500 acres under lease covering a range of prospects. The Company focuses on the CSG potential in the Southern Magallanes Basin in Chile.
