The Construction-related segment is engaged in the planning, design and construction of condominiums, the contract construction, as well as the sale and rental of construction materials and equipment. The Real Estate-related segment is engaged in the management of condominium sales business, the sale and rental of condominiums, and the sale of detached houses. The Service-related segment is engaged in the repair of condominiums, interior renovation, rental and rental management of condominiums, management of company housing, sale of condominiums, real estate distribution brokerage, printing business, building management of condominiums, operation of paid nursing homes, and nursing care insurance business. Its Oversea-related segment is engaged in the development and sale of real estate and the operation of commercial facilities in the United States.
