Profile Summary
HomeStreet, Inc. is a diversified financial services company engaged in serving consumers and businesses in the Western United States and Hawaii. The Company is principally engaged in real estate lending, including mortgage banking activities, and commercial and consumer banking. The Company’s operations are primarily conducted through its wholly owned subsidiaries, HomeStreet Statutory Trusts and HomeStreet Bank (the Bank). It operates approximately 56 full-service bank branches in Washington, in Northern and Southern California, in the Portland, Oregon area and in Hawaii, as well as three primary stand-alone commercial lending centers located in Southern California, Idaho and Utah. Its consumer loan portfolio is comprised of the single-family and home equity loan classes. The commercial loan portfolio is comprised of the non-owner occupied commercial real estate (CRE), multifamily, construction and land development, owner-occupied CRE and commercial business loan classes.
