I-ne Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development and sale of hair care products, beauty appliances, skin care and other related brands and products. The Company has two regional segments. Domestic segment is engaged in the sale of products to retailers and mass retailers through wholesalers in Japan, and direct sale business to general consumers in Japan using the Internet. Overseas segment is engaged in the direct sale of products to overseas general consumers using the Internet, as well as the wholesale business to overseas Internet distributors, sales agents and beauty specialty stores. The brands include BOTANIST, SALONIA, YOLU, Salanaru, CAROME., WrinkFade and DROAS. The main products include shampoo treatments, body soaps, facial cleansers, cleansings, body gels and other care products, hair irons and other beauty appliances, as well as tobaccos, liquid eyeliners and relaxation drinks.
