Ifodrone SA, formerly Letus Capital SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the financial advisory services. The Company’s activities focus on the field of corporate finance, such as primary and secondary capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), management buyout (MBO) and leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions, in sales of companies as well as raising capital through the initial public offering (IPO) and coordination of bonds financing. Ifodrone SA also prepares prospectuses, business plans, information memorandums, conducts companies valuations and due diligence researches. It also helps other companies in restructuring processes. As of May 7, 2025, Torus Investment Sp. z o. o. held a 19.42% stake in the capital of Ifodrone SA.
