The Company is principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral resources, focusing on projects in Nevada, United States. Its Desperado Property is a 100% owned gold-silver exploration project located in the Historical Ellendale Mining District. The Desperado property covers an area of approximately 1,650 acres and is located in Nye County within the historical Ellendale mining district, approximately 40 kilometers east of the town of Tonopah. Its Kings Canyon Property is located in Millard County, Utah, within the emerging Kings Canyon mining district, and consists of approximately 2,500 acres comprising 129 unpatented mining claims and one 640-acre State of Utah metalliferous mineral lease.
