Profile Summary
IREIT Global is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The Company is focused on investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate in Europe, which is used primarily for office, retail and industrial (including logistics) purposes, as well as real estate-related assets. The Company’s portfolio comprises approximately five freehold office properties in Germany, four freehold office properties in Spain and 44 retail properties in France. Its properties include Berlin Campus, Bonn Campus, Darmstadt Campus, Munster Campus, Concor Park, Delta Nova IV and Delta Nova VI, and others. Berlin Campus is located in Schreiberhauer Strabe in the Lichtenberg district. Delta Nova IV and Delta Nova VI are two office buildings forming an office complex located in the consolidated business office area of Manoteras, north of Madrid. Darmstadt Campus is located on Heinrich-Hertz Strabe three-seven within a commercial zone in a prime office location (Europaviertel).
