Kongsberg Gruppen ASA is a Norway-based international technology company, whose objective is to engage in technological and industrial activities in the maritime, defense and related sectors. The Company has three operating segments organized by industry: Kongsberg Maritime (KM), Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA) and Kongsberg Digital (KDI). Kongsberg Maritime develops and supplies technology that contribute to the realization of sustainable management of the ocean space, Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace supplies various systems and services to the defense industry, while Kongsberg Digital is focused on taking up new and strengthening existing positions related to digitalization within the oil and gas, wind and merchant marine markets. Kongsberg Gruppen ASA has several subsidiaries, including Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, Kongsberg Martime China Ltd, Kongsberg Oil & Gas Tecnologies AS og Kongsberg Maritime AS.
