Profile Summary

Max Ventures and Industries Limited, formerly Capricorn Ventures Ltd., is an India-based holding company. The Company is engaged in the business of investments and providing consultancy services to group companies. The Company's operating businesses include Max Speciality Films Limited (MSFL), Max Estates Limited (Max Estates) and Max I. Limited (Max I). MSFL is engaged in the manufacturing of a range of bi-axial polypropylene barrier and packaging films. MSFL also produces graphic lamination films for print finishing and luxury packaging. Max Estates is engaged in the Company's real estate business. Max Estates has initiated construction and site development activities on its project in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Max I facilitates intellectual and financial capital to early-stage organizations across identified sectors.
