Profile Summary
Miramar Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in exploring gold, iron oxide copper-gold (IOCG), nickel-copper- platinum-group elements (PGE), and rare earth elements (REEs). The Company’s projects are Eastern Goldfields Projects, and Gascoyne Projects. The Eastern Goldfields Projects has three underexplored gold projects near Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, including Gidji JV, Glandore and Randalls. Its Gascoyne Region is prospective for copper-gold, REE and Ni-Cu-PGE at Whaleshark and Bangemall. The Company holds E08/3676, which covers part of an outcropping of Durlacher Supersuite granite, which hosts the Yangibana (Hastings) and YIN (Dreadnought) REE deposits. It also covers numerous N-S trending Mundine Well dolerite dykes, along with a strike from Dreadnought’s Mangaroon Ni-Cu-PGE prospect and includes the Chain Pool uranium occurrence and the Joy Helen copper-lead-silver mine.
