Profile Summary
Miwon Holdings Co.,Ltd., formerly Miwon Specialty Chemical Co., Ltd., is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of specialty chemicals. The Company mainly produces ultraviolet (UV) coating materials, including monomers, such as acrylates and methacrylates; oligomers, such as epoxy, urethane, polyester, silicone, dendritic acrylates and others, as well as other specialties, such as photo initiators, amine synergist, sucrose benzoate, epoxy diluents and powder coating additives. The Company’s products are used for ink, automobiles, cell phones, home appliances and others. The Company provides its products mainly under the brand name of MIRAMER. On March 17, 2014, it completed the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary namely Miwon Spain, S.L.U. in Spain, engaged in the manufacturing of chemical products.
