MobilityOne Limited is an investment holding company. , which is in the business of providing e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platforms through their technology solutions. The Company's solutions are marketed under the brands MoCS and ABOSSE. The Company operates through two segments: telecommunication services and electronic commerce solutions, and hardware. It has developed Microsoft technologies payment platform, which consist of OLTP Engine, which is a transaction processing engine servicing transaction from multiple channels (Web, SMS, EDC terminals, ATMs) and Backoffice OSS, which is a Web-based operations support system (OSS) for administration of the business. The Company’s services are utilized by mobile operators, transportation, financial institutions, hypermarkets, retailers and many other types of services providers requiring payment and transactional technology.
