The Company's products include Metro E, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Plus, iPlus, and ORBIT1000. Its Ethernet technology operates at Layer 2 of the open systems interconnection (OSI) model, essential for creating point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connections using Metro Ethernet switches specially certified by the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) rather than using off-the-shelf devices. DIA is built for business and backed by enforceable service-level agreements. PLUS is designed for enterprises having two or more offices, subdivisions, or branches located in more than one locality. iPLUS enables users to get connected to desired online resources securely and within the shortest possible time.
