Poongsan Corp is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the production and sale of fabricated non-ferrous metal products. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Copper Elongation Product segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of fabricated non-ferrous metal products. The fabricated non-ferrous metal products include copper and copper alloy products such as plates, bars, pipes, rods and wires, among others. The Defense Business segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of military ammunition, sporting ammunition, small caliber ammunition. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets such as North America, China and Southeast Asia.
