Profile Summary
Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. is a resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties with a focus on uranium. The Company operates projects within the Athabasca Basin in Canada, which include Hook Lake, Smart Lake, Dorado, Aurora, Celeste, Henday Lake, Carson Lake, Russell South and Tabbernor Block. The Hook Lake is a joint venture project located approximately 75 km south-southwest of Orano Canada Inc. The Smart Lake is a joint venture project and includes two claims with a total area of approximately 9,860 hectares situated in the southwestern portion of the Athabasca Basin. The Aurora project is situated on the northern edge of the eastern Athabasca Basin mine corridor in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada. The Henday Lake project is located nine kilometers northwest of Orano's Midwest Lake deposit. The Carson Lake project consists of two claims totaling 4,972 hectares on the eastern side of Canada’s Athabasca Basin.
