The Company has manufacturing and distribution facilities in Australia and the United States and distribution facilities in the United Kingdom, from which its European customers are serviced. The Company operates through two segments: PWR Performance Products and PWR North America. The PWR Performance Products is engaged in designing and manufacturing high end racing products, OEM products, emerging technology products and automotive aftermarket products for non-United States markets. The PWR North America is engaged in designing and manufacturing racing and OEM and emerging technology products primarily for the United States market.
