Profile Summary
Romcarbon SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the production of plastic products. The Company’s product portfolio includes polypropylene (PP) bags and bands; polyethylene agriculture foil, heat shrinkable film and bags; polystyrene trays and plates, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes, fittings, electro insulating tubes, foil and packages, among others. Additionally, the Company produces active carbon and protection materials, including gas masks, regenerating cartridges for carbon dioxide, shelter filters for ventilation equipment and purifying filters for tanks. The Company distributes its products nationally and abroad, including such countries as Serbia, Poland, Greece, Netherlands and Spain. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a number of subsidiaries, including Kamiotrans SRL, RC Energo Install SRL and Info Tech Solutions SRL, among others.
