Rorze Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture, and sale of semiconductor-related equipment and flat panel display (FPD)-related equipment. The Company operates through two segments. The Semiconductor/FPD-related Equipment segment develops, manufactures, and sells dust-free transport equipment for the semiconductor and liquid crystal display industries. Its main products include atmospheric wafer transport equipment (systems) such as equipment front end modules (EFEMs), wafer sorters, and N2 purge-compatible wafer stockers, vacuum wafer transport equipment (systems), wafer transport units (single units), fully automated vapor phase decomposition (VPD) equipment, large glass substrate transport equipment, and glass cutting machines. The Life Sciences segment develops, manufactures, and sells cell culture equipment for the drug discovery industry and other industries.
