Profile Summary
Strategic Resources Inc. is a Canada-based critical mineral exploration and development company focused on iron and vanadium projects in Canada and Finland. The Company is developing its flagship BlackRock Project, which is a fully permitted and ready to construct mine, concentrator and metallurgical facility located at a seaport in Quebec with full access to the St. Lawrence Seaway. BlackRock project is a metals and materials manufacturing project from its wholly owned vanadium and titanium bearing magnetite (VTM) deposit. It also holds two vanadium projects, such as Mustavaara, and Silasselka. The Mustavaara Project is in north-central Finland, approximately 179 km northwest of Oulu and 650 km north of Helsinki. Mustavaara consists of three reservations totaling 2,650 ha. The Silasselka Project is located in northern Finland, approximately 190 km north of Rovaniemi and 850 km north of Helsinki. Silasselka consists of 14 existing and pending exploration licenses totaling 14,000 ha.
