Profile Summary

Strike Energy Limited is engaged in the evaluation and development of energy projects, and the production of oil and gas in Australia. The Company's segments are Australia and the United States. It focuses on the development of a gas resource in the Southern Cooper Basin. Its Southern Cooper Basin Gas Project is centered in and around its PEL 96 permit area. The Company holds working interests in the Eagle Landing joint venture. The Eagle Landing joint venture includes the Bigham 1 H Unit in Fayette County, Texas, which consists of approximately 850.32 acres. It holds working interests in the Eaglewood joint venture. It also holds working interests in various wells and units producing from the Clearfork Formation in Martin County, Texas. The Company also holds interests in PEL 515 and PELA 640 in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin in Australia. The Company also has exploration permits in the Carnarvon Basin and rights over a 578-million ton lignite resource in South Australia.
