The Company operates through Recruiting and Marketing business segment. MyRefer is a SaaS that turns employees into recruiters and facilitates network-based referral hiring. MyTalent is a recruitment marketing automation (MA) SaaS that enables scouting using artificial intelligence (AI) based on a customized database of past applicants, alumni, and other potential candidates. MyBrand is a SaaS that allows companies to create their own recruitment media with no code. In addition, in response to the needs of its clients through the development of the My Series platform, the Company is also expanding its RXO business, which provides consulting services for overall recruitment strategies, and its performance-based business, which recognizes revenues when a hiring decision is made.
