Treasure ASA is a Norway-based investment company. The Company's primary objective is to engage in shipping, maritime services, aviation, industry, commerce, finance business, brokerage, agencies and forwarding, as well as ownership and management of real estate. The principal activity of Treasure ASA is to conduct investments in financial assets and investments in other companies with similar activities. The group’s main investment is the South Korean logistics Company Hyundai Glovis Ltd. The Company holds minority ownership interest in Hyundai Glovis through Den Norske Amerikalinje AS (NAL), which is the Company's subsidiary. This ownership concludes the only operating segment of Treasure ASA.
