Profile Summary
Triumph Financial, Inc. is a financial holding company. The Company’s segments include Banking, Factoring, Payments, and Intelligence. Through its wholly owned bank subsidiary, TBK Bank, the Company offers traditional banking services, commercial lending product lines focused on businesses that require specialized financial solutions and national lending product lines that further diversify its lending operations. In addition to its traditional banking operations, the Company also operates a factoring business focused primarily on serving the over-the-road trucking industry. Its payments business provides payment, audit, and other banking services for the over the road trucking industry. The Company’s data intelligence division, which it calls Intelligence, is to turn the over-the-road trucking data collected through its services into actionable insights for its customers. The Company’s diversified portfolio of brands includes TriumphPay, Triumph and TBK Bank.
