Venari Minerals NL is an Australia-based diversified exploration company. It is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral resources, principally focusing on the areas of lithium, gold and silver. It has four key projects within its portfolio: The Red Mountain, The Needles Gold Project, The Governor Broome Mineral Sands Project and The Georgina Basin iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) Project. The Red Mountain is located in Nye County, approximately 70 kilometers (km) south-west of Ely, within the railroad valley. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Georgina Basin IOCG Project, located in the highly prospective East Tennant Mineral Province of the Northern Territory. The Governor Broome Project is a 100% owned Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) Project located in the minerals sand rich coastal plains of Western Australia. The Needles Gold Project is in the State of Nevada, United States. The Needles Gold Project is located over 100 km southeast of the 15 Moz Kinross Round Mountain.
