Wise Group AB is a Sweden-based provider of services and tools in the area of human resources management (HRM). The Company offers Web-based services within process descriptions and document support, expertise and capacity within professional consultancy services, as well as recruitment, management outplacement and career coaching. The Company reports four business segments: Online, Consulting, Professionals and K2. Online business segment offers online services for information and decision support in the human resources (HR) area. Consulting business segment offers services for both strategic and operational issues in the HR field. Professionals business segment is engaged in recruitment advertisements and recruiting of skilled staff for advanced services. K2 business segment is engaged in the recruitment of managers and specialists. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated through four subsidiaries: Wise Professionals AB, Wise OnLine AB, Wise Consulting AB, and K2 Search AB.
