The Company operates in two business segments. The Specialty Steels segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of various specialty steel products such as heat-resistant steels for automotive, and magnetic materials, the processing and heat treatment of equipment parts and tools, as well as the rental, cleaning and security of factory land. The Real Estate Rental segment is engaged in the rental and maintenance of commercial facilities such as shopping centers, and rental houses, as well as the leasing of former factory land.
