The Dies segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of precision press dies and mold dies. The Mechanical Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of surface mount technology (SMT) equipment, semiconductor-related equipment and specialized machines, as well as the medical equipment.
