Yixin Group Ltd is principally engaged in the operation of an online automobile finance transaction platform in China. The Company operates its business through two segments. Transaction Platform Business segment is primarily facilitate auto loans to consumers offered by its auto finance partners. The Segment also includes software as a service (SaaS) services, guarantee services and value-added services. Self-operated Financing Business segment primarily provide consumers with auto finance solutions through financing leases. Self-operated Financing Business segment provides automobile financing lease services through direct financing lease and sales-and-leaseback.
