YONDENKO CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in facility construction, leasing business, and solar power generation business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Equipment Construction business is engaged in the receiving orders for power distribution work, power transmission and civil engineering work, electricity and instrumentation work, air conditioning and pipe work, and information and communication work, mainly in the Kansai and Tokyo metropolitan areas. The Leasing business is engaged in the leasing of construction machinery, vehicles and equipment. The Photovoltaic Power Generation business is engaged in the sale of electricity, and the construction, management and operation of major facilities. It is also engaged in the sale of computer-aided design (CAD) software and construction materials, the provision of designated management services, and private-finance-led (PFI) businesses.
