Profile Summary
Alerio Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, and developing natural resource properties, with a focus on Guyana, South America. The Company has 100% interest in three gold properties, such as Tassawini Gold Property, the Puruni Gold project, and the Harpy Gold Property. The Tassawini Gold Project is an advanced-stage gold project located approximately 175 kilometers (km) to the northwest of the capital city of Georgetown, in Guyana, South America. The Tassawini Gold Project consists of five mining permits - medium scale (MP) and one prospecting permit medium scale (PPMS). The Puruni Gold Property consists of approximately 2259 hectares (5584 acres) and is located approximately 250 kilometers southwest of Georgetown, the capital of Guyana. The Harpy Gold Project is located in the prolific Guiana Shield of South America, approximately 100km south of the Tassawini Project.
